Work package leader: European Food Information Council (EUFIC)

The aim of this work package is to actively disseminate the project results to foster the business uptake of the food prototypes, as well as to raise awareness and build relationships (social innovation) among relevant stakeholders including national and European policy makers, the media, health professionals, educators, food and drink industries (including SMEs), consumer organisations, the scientific community and the general public.

The tasks include:

  • Development of a communication strategy
  • Development of a project identity and website
  • Production of dissemination material, including project leaflets, newsletter articles (different European languages), press releases and scientific publications
  • Dissemination via websites and web technology, including social media
  • Establishment of a Stakeholder Advisory Platform to ensure active involvement of key stakeholders in PROTEIN2FOOD
  • Facilitation of social innovation to ensure collaboration/relationships based on social needs
  • Organisation of a final conference attended by key target audiences (opinion leaders/regulators, the media, industry including SMEs, consumer organisations and the scientific community)
