The objective of this work package is to carry out a sustainability assessment of novel, home-produced protein-rich food prototypes developed in the course of the project. The potential contribution of novel protein food to improved sustainability on EU and global scales will be examined.

The tasks include:

  • Socio-Economic Assessment
  • Integrated Sustainability Assessment
